Perinatal Massage Therapy

Perinatal is all encompassing of pregnancy, postpartum, and natal (baby) massage!

Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy

A very gentle type of manual therapy that helps promote the movement of lymph fluids through your body. Lymphatic drainage is used in reducing swelling and pain, improving digestion, improving circulation, enhancing immune function and promoting relaxation.

Alannah is incredibly passionate about empowering her patients with education, and puts a large focus on cooperation between therapist and client in her practice so that each patient can achieve their long-term health and mobility goals.

A lover of anatomy, Alannah has specialized skills in front upper torso work including breast tissue massage, which she finds particularly useful for postural discomforts and for new or expecting mothers with pain or lactation challenges.

Her excellent technical skill set along with her warm demeanor, and genuine love for helping her patients is what makes her a wonderful addition to your manual therapy team.
